Ice magic. Definitely ice magic. [ Said with a quick nod. ] But don't think that just because her head is where the teeth and the fire are that it's the most dangerous place, either. Dragons are big, bigger in person, and they can and will try to claw at you or land on you or hit you with their wings and tail.

I imagine if I was a dragon, they would be considered a delicacy.

All right, so will having my shield iced, will that help protect me from the fire?

I would think so! Or there are potions to resist fire, that sort of thing.

I see ... well that might be something good to use. What will we need to make them?

Spindleweed, mostly. There are other plants that will make the tonic more effective, of course, but- well, there's not actually any Spindleweed in the desert, is there?

There is some by the water sources - not a lot, but enough to make a potion or two.

The bad news is that she's also very likely to see you.

Well ... I seem to recall the gorge narrowing quite a bit, so she might not be able to fit. Anything that would give us an advantage would be useful - I would hate to waste it.
